2- If the payment is upon receipt, the customer will be contacted via WhatsApp within a working day to confirm the request, and in the event of no response, the request will be cancelled.
Third: shipping and delivery
1- The customer must enter the name of the recipient and the delivery address correctly, and in the event that there is an error in the address or contact numbers, this may cause the shipment to be delayed or not delivered, or the imposition of additional fees by the shipping company or the delivery representative, and shipping fees will be applied again in the event The customer requested to resend it.
The delivery company may also request identification to match the name of the recipient before delivering the order.
2- The expected time for the arrival of the goods is an estimated time, and we will do our best to receive your order as soon as possible, except that the order may be delayed for reasons beyond the control of the store.
3- The customer’s order may be delayed for reasons related to the customer himself, such as his absence at the delivery site, his failure to respond to the delivery representative’s call, or his request to change the delivery address, and in such circumstances neither the store nor the delivery company is responsible for the delay.
4- The store may change the shipping company chosen by the customer without referring to the customer if the shipping is free, and it may also be changed if the shipping is paid, provided that the store returns the fee difference to the customer if the fees after the change are less.
5- The customer must examine the goods well before receiving them to ensure their safety from the inside and outside, and in the event of any damage, please refuse to receive the shipment and communicate directly with the store to investigate the matter.
6- Shipping companies correct the amount of payment upon receipt to the nearest whole number to be without halls, for example, if the total is (150.56 riyals), then the correction will be made to (151 riyals), and if the total is (150.45 riyals), then the correction will be made to (150 riyals).
Fourth: Return and exchange
1 - All sold goods are subject to return within three (3) days and replacement within (7) days from the date of receipt, and the amount will be returned to the customer minus the fees (cancellation / modification / non-receipt) of the order shown below, if any. The goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for re-delivery to the store, whether by shipment or by handing them over to our warehouse in Dammam. 2- The refund amount will be returned to the customer through a bank transfer within 14 working days after the store receives the returned product, if the payment was upon receipt or by bank transfer. 1- In the event that the order was delivered to the shipping company before receiving the cancellation request, or if the customer did not receive the order for a reason attributed to him, and the shipping company returned the shipment to our warehouse and charged fees for the shipment and return, a fee of 30 riyals will be charged deducted from the amount returned to the customer .
2- In the event that shipping is free, and the customer wishes to return part of the purchases, the usual shipping fees will be calculated according to the destination, deducted from the amount returned to the customer.
3- This fee will not be charged to the customer if the store is not charged by the shipping company.
4- The customer acknowledges that if he chooses to pay upon receipt, and does not receive the order, the aforementioned fees remain in his possession, and they must be transferred to one of the store’s bank accounts.
5- In the event that the customer wishes to replace the size of a product that did not suit him and was purchased through him, he shall bear the fees for returning and sending again.
